· 6 min read · By the Friends & Family team

The ten best-selling Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Magic cards on TCGplayer today are led by Krang, Utrom Warlord at a $21.45 market price. Three signed headliner Turtles sit in the list at $2,233 to $2,987, and everything else is under $340. We read the list on October 31, 2026, using TCGplayer's "Best Selling" sort on the set's card page. Wizards has not published how many signed headliners exist, so we cannot give you a print-run number for the expensive ones.

TMNT MTG top 10 best sellers and their price

TCGplayer's market price is its estimate from recent sales. "Lowest listing" is the cheapest copy for sale right now. Ranks follow TCGplayer's Best Selling order when we built our Instagram post on October 31, and that order shifts through the day, so a re-check a few hours later moved a couple of cards by a spot or two.

# Card Market price Lowest listing
1 Krang, Utrom Warlord (#175) $21.45 $20.93
2 Super Shredder (Borderless, #217) $27.58 $25.98
3 Leonardo, Sewer Samurai (Borderless, Gold-Stamped Signature, #301) $2,986.53 $3,250.00

TMNT Magic top 10 best selling cards cover: Krang, Utrom Warlord in front of the signed Leonardo and Super Shredder

Number 10 Super Shredder Showcase at $67.16 and number 9 Krang, Utrom Warlord Borderless at $24.94

Number 8 Super Shredder Showcase Fracture Foil at $337.16 and number 7 signed Michelangelo, Improviser at $2,483.32

Number 6 signed Donatello, Mutant Mechanic at $2,233.83 and number 5 Cool but Rude at $5.59

Number 4 Super Shredder at $16.29 and number 3 signed Leonardo, Sewer Samurai at $2,986.53

Number 2 Super Shredder Borderless at $27.58 and number 1 Krang, Utrom Warlord at $21.45

The next few spots were Krang (Showcase) at $39.95 and Krang (Showcase, Fracture Foil) at $174.75. The signed Turtles have only 5 to 11 listings each, while Krang #175 has 346 and Super Shredder #83 has 478. Best Selling measures how often a card sells, not how valuable it is, which is why a $5.59 rare sits among cards worth hundreds or thousands.

What are the signed Turtle cards?

Sports Illustrated's collectibles coverage describes four "headliner" cards, one per Turtle, each with a stamped gold signature from TMNT co-creator and credited artist Kevin Eastman and both headliner and borderless treatments (SI, May 27, 2026). Leonardo, Donatello and Michelangelo are in the top 10. Raphael, Ninja Destroyer is the fourth and was not in the first ten.

One thing not to mix up: Wizards' 1-in-7 gold-stamp figure is about the set's 54 art cards (found in 35% of Collector Boosters), not the headliners. We did not find a published pull rate for the headliners.

What did the TMNT cards sell for on eBay?

We checked eBay sold listings on October 31, 2026. Sold prices are what buyers paid, but some listings include "best offer accepted," so a listed price may differ from the final one.

  • Krang, Utrom Warlord (#175, regular): about $12.50 to $21.89 across sales on October 28 to 30, with most at $18 to $20. A borderless foil sold at $29.99 on October 29, and a listing titled Showcase foil #290 sold at $44.99 on October 28.
  • Super Shredder (#83, regular): about $16.99 to $17.31 on October 30 and 31. A borderless copy sold at $26.78 on October 28, and a Showcase foil (#285) at $83.99 on October 28.
  • Leonardo, Sewer Samurai (Gold-Stamped Signature): an ungraded Near Mint copy sold at $3,000 on July 31 and another at $2,700 on September 12. A copy graded TAG 10 sold at $3,950 on September 25. We saw no sale in the last two weeks for this card, so today's $2,987 market price is TCGplayer's estimate, not a fresh eBay comp.
  • Donatello, Michelangelo, Cool but Rude and the Fracture Foil Super Shredder: we did not pull eBay comps for these, so the table above is TCGplayer only.

For comparison, SI's report listed earlier sales of $8,700 for Michelangelo (March 14), $4,800 for Donatello (April 29) and $5,000 for a PSA 10 Leonardo (May 24). Those are different dates and, for Leonardo, a graded copy, so they are not a like-for-like comparison. They do suggest the signed Turtles sold for more early in the set's life than their TCGplayer market prices show now. That is our reading, not a measured trend.

Which cards are actually worth chasing?

  • Krang #175 and Super Shredder #83 sell constantly because they are mythics that people play and collect. At roughly $17 to $21, they are the set's volume cards.
  • Showcase Fracture Foils are the middle tier. The Super Shredder at $337 market against a $249.99 lowest listing shows how wide the spread can be on a thinly listed card (27 listings).
  • The signed headliners are the high end, and with only a handful of listings each, one sale can move the market price.

Fee math: a $20 card versus a $3,000 card

We last verified eBay's Collectible Card Games rate at 13.25% plus $0.40 per order over $10 (see the current rate before you list).

  • A $20 Krang: fee is about $3.05, leaving roughly $16.95 before postage and sleeves. If you bought at $20.93, you lose money. These are not flips at today's prices.
  • A $2,987 Leonardo: fee is about $396, leaving about $2,590 before insured shipping. A buyer paying the lowest listing of $3,250 would put your cost well above what eBay's recent comps support.

Flip, hold or pass

This is analysis, not a promise or financial advice.

  • Flip: Nothing in the cheap tier. At near-market prices the fees and postage consume the margin. The only flip is a signed card you already own, priced against recent sold comps and not the asking price.
  • Hold: A reasonable stance for the playable mythics (Krang, Super Shredder) and the Fracture Foils if you believe in the long-term pull of Turtles collectors. Sealed-set cards from a licensed set do not have a guaranteed price floor, and we have no price history to show it.
  • Pass: On paying the top lowest-listing for a signed Turtle without a recent sold price to back it. The card sold at $2,700 to $3,000 earlier this year, and some listings now ask more.
