LEGO Marvel Avengers: Endgame Final Battle (76323) lists at $99.99, is sold out on lego.com, and carries LEGO's own "Retiring soon" label. Our team flagged it when it went on sale at Walmart, and more than a dozen members posted their orders in our #success channel within about 14 hours. Our team's read: at retail the margin is thin right now, but a Marvel movie push and a retiring set make it a good hold into next Q4. On eBay, sealed copies sold for $83 to $110, with most between $90 and $100, over the last nine days (checked November 3, 2026). The team saw it at about $140 on Amazon while Amazon showed it out of stock.

How much is the LEGO Endgame Final Battle set (76323)?
$99.99 retail, per LEGO's product page (read November 3, 2026). The page shows the set as sold out and tagged "Retiring soon." It has 621 pieces, is rated ages 10+, and includes 9 minifigures with weapons, sling ring portals, a large buildable Thanos figure and a fully jointed Ant-Man mech, according to LEGO. Retailers like Walmart count the buildable Thanos and list it as 10 figures.
What our team saw on November 2 and 3:
- Walmart: on sale. Our members paid about $80 (our team's number from the orders).
- Amazon: out of stock, with a price of about $140 (our team's reading, which we did not confirm on a buy box today).
- LEGO.com and Target: sold out.
- Barnes & Noble and Best Buy: still listed at the $100 retail price when our team posted.
Is it retiring? Release date and timing
LEGO's own page says "Retiring soon," and our team expects it to retire this year. LEGO has not given a retirement date on the page, so treat the timing as our team's expectation, not a LEGO announcement. LEGO also lists new Marvel sets from the upcoming Avengers: Doomsday movie, which keeps Marvel in the spotlight. We cover the broader list in our post on LEGO sets retiring soon.
LEGO 76323 resale value and eBay sold prices
eBay sold range: $83 to $110 for sealed, brand-new copies, with a typical sale around $95. We checked eBay's sold listings for "lego 76323" on November 3, 2026. Here is what sold:
| What sold | Sold price | When |
|---|---|---|
| Sealed, brand new, 10 sales | $83 to $109.99, middle about $95 | Oct 25 to Nov 2 |
| Sealed, brand new, earlier in the fall | $65 to $95 | Sep 2 to Oct 9 |
| Sealed set with box damage | about $70 to $85 | Aug to Oct |
| Set with no minifigures | about $27 to $30 | Aug to Nov 2 |
Prices are the item price only. Many sellers offered free shipping and others charged $8 to $20, and a few international listings are included in the earlier rows. Sales over the last nine days are higher than sales in September and early October, which fits a set that is selling out and getting close to retirement. We will re-check in about a week.
What our team said when it posted the deal:
- The price to beat is retail. With the set sold out on lego.com and Target, our team wanted members to buy at about $100 at Barnes & Noble and Best Buy before eBay sellers could see $110 or more.
- If eBay is your only outlet, it is not much profit right now. The upside our team sees is next Q4, when the set has been retired for a while and Marvel is in the news.
- Stock keeps coming and going. Our team saw stock appear and vanish again within minutes, so check before you give up.
The math: $80 on sale versus what it sells for
An example with eBay's typical sale of $95 and the fee formula from our eBay seller fees guide (13.6% plus $0.40 per order, with free shipping to the buyer, no sales tax):
| Paid on sale at Walmart | about $80 |
| Sold on eBay | $95 |
| eBay fees (13.6% of $95 plus $0.40) | about $13.32 |
| Left before your shipping cost | about $81.68 |
| Profit before shipping | about $1.68 |
At today's eBay prices, even the $80 sale price leaves close to nothing after fees and shipping. If you paid $99.99 at retail, you would lose money selling at $95. The $140 Amazon price our team saw is a listing, not a sale, so don't count on it. This is why our team calls the set a hold for next Q4 and not a quick flip: the plan only pays if the price rises after the set retires.
Cancel and return policy (Walmart)
- Returns: Walmart's standard return policy gives 90 days for most items bought on Walmart.com, with exceptions. Items sold and shipped by a Marketplace seller follow a 30-day window, so buy items sold and shipped by Walmart.
- Cancellations: we did not confirm Walmart's order-cancellation rules, so check your order page before relying on one.
- A real hold: a 90-day window won't last until next Q4, so plan on this being a real hold, with your money tied up until you sell.
Flip, hold or pass? Our take
Flip: not right now. With eBay sales around $95, there is almost no profit after fees and shipping, even at $80. At $100 retail you would lose money.
Hold: our team's preference. A retiring Marvel set with a big movie on the way is the pattern our team likes for next Q4. It is not a guarantee. Read our guide to investing in LEGO sets for how long these usually take.
Pass if you'd pay more than about $100 from a reseller. See our similar write-up on the LEGO Iron Spider-Man Bust.
