Sleep Token's This Place Will Become Your Tomb 5th anniversary edition is a £50 Bad World pre-order: a 2LP with a sand-filled disc one and a ghostly effect disc two. Bad World makes it to order, and our releases page tracks it shipping around January 8, 2027. Bad World doesn't publish a pressing size, so there's no "how rare" number. On eBay, four matching sales landed between $175 and $315.50 in October.

Short version: the sand-filled Bad World edition sells at several times retail, but only four sales exist, the best one was a presale, and UK shipping and import fees cut into any flip.

How much is the Sleep Token Tomb sand-filled vinyl?

The official Bad World product page lists it at £50.00, published September 24, 2026.

  • What you get: a double LP, disc one sand-filled and disc two ghostly effect, pressed exclusively for Bad World.
  • The album: This Place Will Become Your Tomb came out on September 24, 2021, and this is the five-year anniversary edition, per Bad World.
  • Made to order: produced after the pre-order window, so January 8 is an expected date, not a guarantee.
  • Shipping: extra, from the UK, with possible import fees for US buyers.
  • Stock: the store shows it as unavailable as of November 2, 2026.

What the sand-filled Tomb vinyl sells for on eBay

We checked eBay sold listings for "sleep token this place will become your tomb bad world sand" on November 2, 2026:

  • Bad World sand-filled and ghostly effect 2LP: $175 (October 5, in-hand listing), $250 (October 16), $250 (October 17) and $315.50 (October 26, a presale listed for the 1/8/27 ship date). Four sales is a small sample.
  • Standard black 2LP: about $35 to $70 for new copies.
  • Crystal clear 2LP (Hot Topic and UK sellers): about $127 to $160 new.
  • Blue and green marble 2LP: $100 (October 28) to $228 (September 21, UK).
  • Original 2021 sand and blue splatter pressing: $160 for one new copy (October 7) and $602.60 for a pre-owned UK copy (August 9), a different, older product shown for context.

Our releases page earlier recorded a $209 average over 4 sales on October 26. The sales above are slightly higher on average because of the $315.50 presale.

Why this matters for resale

  • Exclusive pressing. Only Bad World makes the sand-filled and ghostly effect version.
  • Anniversary and album name. The sand fill matches the album's title, which collectors like.
  • A buyer base that pays. Other Sleep Token pressings of this album sell between $100 and $230.
  • Presales already above retail. Every matching sale sits well over the £50 sticker.

Risks and the case against

  • Four sales is not a market. The $315.50 presale may be the top of the range, not the middle.
  • Unknown run size. No pressing number was published, and a large run could flood eBay once copies ship.
  • Months to wait. It ships in January 2027.
  • Import fees and shipping. US buyers pay on top of £50, which limits what other US buyers will pay later.

Flip, hold or pass

  • Flip: only if you hold a confirmed £50 order and copies keep selling above $175 after fees, shipping and the exchange rate.
  • Hold: if you collect Sleep Token. Exclusive filled pressings of a popular band tend to hold value, but that's a pattern, not a rule.
  • Pass: if the only way in is a presale listing around $250 to $315. That's the top of the observed range, before any shipped copies exist.
