· 5 min read · By the Friends & Family team

The Delta Reign 3-pack blister goes on sale November 6 at about $15 at Target and Walmart, but presale copies have been selling on eBay for $22 to $27. Here's what's inside, the price at every retailer, what's left after fees, and whether it's worth chasing.

The Mega Evolution—Delta Reign Three-Booster Blister releases on November 6, 2026 and holds three booster packs plus a Seel foil promo card. The Delta Reign 3-pack blister price is $14.99 at Target and $15.97 at Walmart, while GameStop lists it at $24.99. On eBay, US presales sold for about $22 to $27 between October 25 and November 4. No print run or pull rate has been published for the promo, so there's no official "how rare is it" number: it's a standard, widely printed product.

How much is the Delta Reign 3-pack blister?

Pokémon's own Delta Reign product showcase doesn't list the blister, so the prices below come from retailers:

Retailer Price Status when checked
Target $14.99 Out of stock (Nov 5)
Walmart $15.97 Out of stock online (Nov 5)
GameStop $24.99 Listed (Nov 5)
Walmart marketplace sellers from $33.99 Third-party (Nov 5)
TCGplayer (market) about $32 to $36 Marketplace listings (Oct 22 to Nov 5)

TCGplayer's Delta Reign quick-facts page put the market price at $40.17 on October 19, and its buyer's guide had it at $36 on October 22, so the price has already slid. The retail price is about $15; everything above it is a markup.

Delta Reign 3-pack blister contents and release date

  • Release date: November 6, 2026, with the whole Delta Reign expansion (over 135 cards), per Pokémon's product showcase.
  • Contents: three Delta Reign booster packs and one Seel foil promo card, per the package photos and Target's listing. Each pack holds 10 cards, 1 Basic Energy and 1 Pokémon TCG Live code card, per the back of the package.
  • Which promo: the Seel promo is for this blister. Other Delta Reign products carry different promos (Kyogre in the Elite Trainer Box, Spritzee in the single-pack blister).

Delta Reign 3-pack blister eBay price: what it sold for

We checked eBay sold listings for "pokemon delta reign 3 pack blister" on November 5, 2026. Most are presales, so treat them as the early price, not a settled market.

  • Single blister, US sellers: $22.00 (best offer, Oct 25), $25.53 (Nov 4), $26.88 (Nov 4), $26.99 (Oct 31) and $27.99 (Oct 12).
  • Sealed case of 24: $599.99 (Nov 2) and $624.99 (Nov 4), about $25 to $26 a blister. One case went for $972.99 back on September 26, well before release.
  • Blister plus checklane blister combo: $47.99 (Nov 2).
  • The Seel promo alone: $4.99 (one pre-owned sale, Nov 3).
  • Overseas sellers: $25 to $46 once shipping and import fees are added, so not comparable.

The going rate is about $25 to $27, against a $14.99 list price.

Is the Delta Reign 3-pack blister sold out? Where to buy

On November 5, Target and Walmart both showed it out of stock online. Release-day stock is limited, changes by the minute, and some retailers use raffles or invites for Pokémon. We can't say who will have it on November 6, so check retailers directly. Our guide to buying Pokémon cards at retail covers how to find stock.

Can you return a Delta Reign 3-pack blister?

  • Target: the product page marks it a final sale item that can't be returned or exchanged (checked November 5).
  • Walmart and GameStop: we didn't verify a return rule for this product, so read the policy on your order before you buy.

That matters for a flip: it's only "low-risk when the retailer accepts returns", and Target doesn't for this one.

The fee math: what a blister nets on eBay

eBay's final value fee for Collectible Card Games is 13.25% (plus $0.40 per order over $10), counted on the total including shipping and tax. Say you sell one blister for $26.88 with free shipping:

  • Fee: about $3.56 + $0.40 = $3.96
  • Shipping: roughly $4 to $5 for a small padded envelope (our estimate; check your label price)
  • Net: about $18 to $19

If you paid $14.99 plus about 8% tax (roughly $16.20), that's $2 to $3 profit per blister. At Walmart's $15.97 (about $17.25 with tax) it's about $1 to $2. At GameStop's $24.99 you'd lose money at today's eBay price.

Is the Delta Reign 3-pack blister worth it?

It's worth it only at about $15, and only as a small, quick flip. The margin is a couple of dollars a unit and shrinks if the presale price keeps sliding toward the retail price. Almost nobody sells the promo for real money on its own.

Flip, hold or pass? Our take

This is analysis, not a promise.

  • Flip: only at $15 to $16, ideally in the first days when presale pricing is still elevated. It's a thin margin, so it's only worth it if you're already placing a retail order.
  • Hold: weak case. TCGplayer's price fell from $40 to the low $30s in about two weeks, and main-set packs generally get more plentiful after release.
  • Pass: at $25 or more, which is where GameStop and marketplace sellers sit.
