What's worth a look today? The headline is the final Monster High Draculaura Halloween Edition pre-sale on Mattel Creations. Two more things are worth knowing about: the Analogue Mega Sg+ pre-order opens Monday, and Mattel launched a rewards program our team wants members to opt into. We also flag a Diablo CD-ROM replica with a lot of caveats. Everything below is our team's read from the private lowkey flips channel, plus what we confirmed on the retailer pages.
Monster High Draculaura Halloween Edition: final pre-sale
Mattel Creations is running one more pre-sale of the Draculaura Halloween Edition Doll. The product page lists it at $65, and our team pointed to eBay sold listings at $200 or more. That is the team's estimate of the market, not a promise of what yours will sell for, and we did not pull our own sold data for this post.
- When: Friday, October 16, around midday Eastern (our team posted an hour-before reminder).
- Membership: None needed today, according to our team.
- Shipping: Mattel's page says the pre-sale delivers by October 2027 at the latest. Our team noticed the shipping date was updated from when they first looked, so read the page before ordering.
- Payment: Our team says you are charged now and the doll ships later, which they described as roughly 10 months of free storage.
The team's reasoning: if the dolls sell out again, prices should hold up. Even if it takes a day, a week or a month to sell out instead of three minutes, they expect in-hand dolls to be fine. One staff member said they don't mind buying more for the long term. We covered how this doll has moved before in our Draculaura Halloween Edition write-up.
Return policy (verified): Mattel Creations' return policy allows returns within 30 days of receipt, with proof of purchase, for a refund minus shipping and processing, and the item must be in the condition received and in its complete original packaging. Because this doll ships in 2027, that window starts a long way off, and your money is tied up until then. We did not find a way to cancel a submitted order, so treat the purchase as committed.
Team take: Flip or hold, with patience. This is a long-term position, not a quick turn.
Mattel Rewards: opt in
Mattel launched a new Mattel Rewards program on Mattel Creations. Our team says there are four tiers depending on how much you spend, and that points earned on orders can be used for discounts. The catch: previous purchases don't count. The team called the rewards modest but said it's worth joining in case exclusive drops or early access come later. They also called the Draculaura pre-sale a good order to earn points on. That is their opinion, not something Mattel has promised. Sign-up is on Mattel's rewards page.
Analogue Mega Sg+ USA (pre-order Oct 19)
Analogue's Mega Sg+ is a Sega Genesis, Mega Drive and Master System console. The USA version's product page lists:
- Price: $219.99
- Pre-order: Monday, October 19 at 8 AM Pacific
- Limit: 2 per order
- Ships: December 2026
One of our staff said they plan to buy one and will post a proper breakdown closer to release, so we're holding off on a resale estimate. We did not verify Analogue's cancellation or return terms for this post, so check them before you order.
Team take: Wait and see. No resale number yet.
Diablo 30th Anniversary CD-ROM Replica
Blizzard Gear lists a Diablo 30th Anniversary Limited Edition CD-ROM Replica at $40, a numbered metal replica limited to 5,000 pieces worldwide, 114mm across, with a display stand. Our team shared it in case members want it, but said they weren't sure how it would do. They noted returns are available and you pay the shipping.
Return policy (verified, with a caveat): Blizzard Gear's refund policy offers 30-day returns for items in original, unused condition, and says change-of-mind returns carry an $11 processing fee. It also says collectible items can be excluded and non-refundable. Since this is a collectible replica, we could not confirm from the policy alone that this item is returnable. Don't count on a return.
Team take: Pass unless you want it for your own shelf.
