The Pokémon TCG: Scarlet & Violet—151 Ultra-Premium Collection (the "151 UPC") launched October 6, 2023 at a $119.99 MSRP, and on November 3, 2026 sealed boxes were selling on eBay for roughly $750 to $910. That is about 6.5x retail for a box with 16 booster packs, a Mew ex metal card and a playmat. Google Trends flagged "151 upc" as a breakout related search for Pokémon sets in the US this week, so more people are asking what it's worth.
Pokémon has not published a print run for the box, so there is no official "how rare is it" number. What the sold prices show is that three years on, it still sells at a large premium.
How much is the 151 Ultra-Premium Collection?
- Retail price: $119.99 in the US at launch, according to Pokéguardian's launch report. Pokemon.com's product page lists the launch date and contents but no price.
- Price per pack at MSRP: about $7.50, counting the 16 packs and ignoring the extras.
- Resale price today: about $800 on eBay (details below).
We did not verify current retailer stock. Pokémon says the box is sold at the Pokémon Center and "where Pokémon TCG products are sold," but that is a general line, not a stock report.

151 UPC eBay sold prices (checked November 3, 2026)
We checked eBay sold listings for "151 ultra premium collection pokemon sealed" on November 3, 2026, covering sales from October 21 to November 3:
| What sold | Price |
|---|---|
| Typical sealed box | about $750 to $910 |
| Lowest box we saw | $707.80 (October 31) |
| Most recent sales (Nov 2 to 3) | $760, $775, $800, $810, $815, $900, $908 |
| Outliers | $1,045.67 and $1,526 for single boxes |
Multi-box case listings appeared in the sold results at about $2,856 to $3,050 on November 1 and 2, but those titles are inconsistent, so we did not use them to price a single box.
The price has been steady rather than spiking: sales on October 21 to 22 were in the same $715 to $820 band as sales this week.
Fee math: what a $800 box nets
eBay's Collectible Card Games rate for a seller without a Store is 13.25% of the total sale (up to $7,500) plus $0.40 per order over $10, per eBay's fee page. The fee applies to the whole amount the buyer pays, including shipping and tax. The numbers below assume free shipping and roughly $15 to ship a heavy, insured box, which is our estimate.
| Sells at | eBay fees | After fees and ~$15 shipping |
|---|---|---|
| $750 | $99.78 | about $635 |
| $810 | $107.73 | about $687 |
| $900 | $119.65 | about $765 |
If you already own the box from retail at $119.99, that is a profit of $515 to $645. If you would buy one at today's $810 price to resell, you'd need to sell near $950 just to break even after fees and shipping, which is above where most sales land.
Flip, hold or pass? Our take
This is analysis, not a promise.
- Hold: if you have a sealed box from retail, the sold prices have been steady for two weeks. Holding costs only storage and the risk of a price drop.
- Sell: reasonable if you'd rather lock in 6x retail than guess what a three-year-old product does next.
- Pass: on paying $800+ to flip it. The fees and shipping eat the margin, and you're buying at the price level of a collectible.
Sealed products can fall if a reprint or a new premium collection draws attention. We've written before about how a hyped set's sealed prices behaved after launch in our Delta Reign booster box preorder breakdown, and about the newer 30th Celebration Ultra-Premium Collection for comparison.
