Searches for the Ascended Heroes ETB jumped on Google this week. Here is what it costs at each retailer, what it sold for on eBay today, and what's left after fees.

The Pokémon TCG: Mega Evolution—Ascended Heroes Elite Trainer Box (ETB) is a 9-pack box released February 20, 2026. The reported retail price is $49.99, but you will mostly see it at $89.99 (Walmart's drawing) or higher, and brand-new sealed copies sold on eBay for about $105 to $154 on November 1, most of them between $105 and $120. Google Trends flagged searches for "ascended heros etb" (sic) as a Breakout query in the US over the past 7 days, which is why this page exists. That is a search signal, not a sales figure.

We already covered Walmart's Ascended Heroes drawing and the Pokémon Center invite. This is the one page for the price.

How much is the Ascended Heroes ETB?

  • Standard ETB, reported retail: $49.99. Pokemon.com's product page does not list a price. The $49.99 figure comes from retailer listings and trackers we checked earlier in October, so treat it as unconfirmed.
  • Walmart drawing: $89.99 on October 28, with a crossed-out $199.95 that is a list price, not the MSRP.
  • Pokémon Center ETB: $59.99, invitation-code only when it came back on October 5, with a purchase limit of 1 and marked final sale, per our check of the product page that day.
  • Third-party retailers: listings we found ranged from about $89.98 to $199.99 depending on the seller, so a price near $90 is common once stock leaves big-box shelves.

What's in it?

Per Pokemon.com: 9 Ascended Heroes booster packs, 1 full-art foil promo of N's Zekrom, 65 card sleeves, 40 Energy cards, a player's guide, six damage-counter dice, a coin-flip die, a plastic coin, and a collector's box with six dividers. The Pokémon Center version is a different, larger box.

Ascended Heroes ETB eBay sold prices (checked November 1, 2026)

We filtered eBay sold and completed listings to brand-new items:

  • Standard ETB, single box: $105.00, $109.99, $115.50, $116.90, $119.00 and one at $153.61. That puts the typical sale at about $105 to $120.
  • Sam's Club version with a Poké Ball: about $100 to $119 for the ones we saw sold.
  • Lots: two boxes at $230, three at $300.
  • Pokémon Center ETB: one sold at $325.

On October 28 we recorded standard boxes at $100 to $125, so the market has been flat to slightly up in the last few days, not a spike.

How rare is the Ascended Heroes ETB?

Pokémon hasn't published a print run, so there's no official rarity number. The shortage story is real in the sense that the Pokémon Center version keeps selling out and trades at roughly 5x retail, but the standard box has been available at big-box retailers through drawings and restocks. If you want one for opening, about $105 to $120 is the going rate, not $200.

Fee math: what it nets after eBay

eBay's Collectible Card Games rate without a Store is 13.25% of the total sale plus $0.40 per order over $10 on eBay's fee page, charged on shipping and tax too. Item-only numbers:

Sells at Fees After fees Profit if bought at $49.99 Profit if bought at $89.99
$105 about $14.31 about $90.69 about $40.70 about $0.70
$115 about $15.64 about $99.36 about $49.37 about $9.37
$325 (Pokémon Center ETB) about $43.46 about $281.54 about $221.55 at $59.99 n/a

Shipping supplies and postage come out of those numbers.

Is it worth buying? Flip, hold or pass

This is analysis, not a promise.

  • At $49.99 retail: a real flip, about $40 to $50 a box before shipping. The catch is finding it at that price.
  • At $89.99: pass if you're flipping. You roughly break even at the middle of the sold range.
  • Pokémon Center ETB at $59.99: the strongest gap on paper, but it is invite-only and final sale, so it only counts if you land an invite.
  • Hold: if you collect the set, buying near $105 to $120 is close to what the market will pay either way.

Restocks and where to look

Walmart's Collectibles Draw has repeatedly listed this box, and Pokémon Center has relisted it behind invitations. We posted about both. We cover retail drops like this in our Pokémon group, and the basics of buying at MSRP are in how to buy Pokémon cards at retail. More coverage is in the Pokémon TCG category.
