The 2026 Disney Lorcana D23 Collection is a six-card foil promo box with a retail price of $99.99, per Ravensburger. After selling at the D23 fan event in August, Ravensburger put it into an online raffle on its US Run Fair page, where entries were open on Saturday, October 31 and the page showed "closing in 12 hours" on the morning of November 1, 2026. Sealed US sales on eBay have run about $117 to $150 in our check on November 1, with a few higher best-offer sales. Ravensburger has not published a print run, so there is no official number for how rare the set is.
How much is the Lorcana D23 Collection?
Retail prices, per D23's official Ravensburger page and the Ravensburger US raffle page:
- 2026 D23 Collection Box: $99.99
- Winnie the Pooh – Hunny Wizard Premium Foil Playmat: $49.99, also in the raffle
- Quest of Wonders: An Illumineer's Lorebook: $39.99 (sold in the D23 bundle)
- D23 Show Bundle (box, playmat, lorebook, two pins and a Woody promo card): $189.97, a D23 event pre-sale limited to one per ticket holder
Shipping and tax for the raffle were not shown on the launch page we could read, so add those to your real cost. We did not enter the raffle and do not know the rules for odds, order limits or when winners are notified, so check the entry page before you rely on it.
What is in the 2026 D23 Collection?
Ravensburger describes it as a set of foil cards from past quests, and says one of the six is the first card released to the public from Hyperia City, the next Disney Lorcana set, due in Q4 2026. The official product photo shows these six foil cards:
- Angel – Siren Singer
- Pocahontas – Following the Wind
- Mushu – Stealthy Dragon
- Hector Rivera – Gone to Pieces
- Judy Hopps – Uncovering Clues
- Mr. Incredible – Taking Out the Trash
Singles from the set also trade on their own, so some sellers crack boxes and sell cards separately, but we only tracked sealed boxes.
Lorcana D23 Collection eBay sold price
Checked on November 1, 2026 (eBay completed, sold listings, new and sealed, US sellers only; UK, Canada and Australia sales excluded because import fees skew them):
| Sale type | Sold price | Date |
|---|---|---|
| Buy it now | $150.00 | Oct 31 |
| Auction, 8 bids | $117.50 | Oct 31 |
| Best offer accepted | $199.99 | Oct 30 |
| Buy it now | $139.99 | Oct 28 |
| Best offer accepted | $140.00 | Oct 27 |
| Auction, 16 bids | $131.00 | Oct 27 |
| Auction, 8 bids | $114.50 | Oct 26 |
| Auction, 8 bids | $120.50 | Oct 25 |
| Buy it now | $135.00 | Oct 24 |
| August, just after D23 | $170 to $230 | Aug 15 to Aug 24 |
The pattern: since mid-October, most US sales cleared between $114 and $150, auctions land at the low end ($114 to $131) and fixed-price listings at the high end ($135 to $150). The one $199.99 sale was a best-offer deal and looks like an outlier. The August prices right after D23 were higher, around $170 to $230. Sold prices have cooled since then.
Multi-box lots also sold: a lot of three at $348 (UK seller) and a bundle with a Curator's Collection set at $330. We did not count these as single-box prices.
The flip math
Using eBay's rate of 13.6% plus $0.40 per order for most categories (eBay selling fees), and assuming you charge the buyer $10 shipping and pay about $10 to ship a small box:
- Sell at $135 (typical fixed price): fees about $20, net roughly $115 after shipping. Against $99.99, that is about $15 profit.
- Sell at $150: fees about $22, net roughly $128, about $28 profit.
- Sell at $117.50 (low auction): fees about $18, net roughly $100. That is break even.
These ignore the shipping and tax Ravensburger charges on the raffle, which cut the profit further. Our reseller fees guide lists current rates by marketplace.
Why the D23 Collection could hold value
- Event origin. It first sold at D23 and is now being released through a limited raffle.
- Hyperia City tie-in. One card is the first public Hyperia City card, which collectors tend to chase.
- Lorcana collectors pay for sealed promos. See how another Lorcana release priced in our Hyperia City booster box guide.
- Small and cheap to ship. One box, one small mailer.
Risks and the case against
- The margin is thin. At $99.99, fees and shipping take most of a $135 sale.
- Raffle drops add supply. More boxes reaching winners means more sellers.
- Prices cooled since August. Auctions are clearing near retail.
- The raffle is a lottery. You may not win, and the entry page, not this article, sets the rules.
- Hyperia City launches in Q4. Reprints and the full set can pull collector attention.
Flip, hold or pass
This is analysis, not a promise.
- Flip: If you win at $99.99 and can sell at $135 or more. That is about $15 to $28 per box before your own shipping and tax.
- Hold: If you collect Lorcana. A sealed D23 promo set tied to a new set's first card is a collectible, though its price is only down from August, not proven up.
- Pass: Buying on eBay at $140 to resell. You would lose money after fees.
