Walmart's Collectibles Draw page shows one active drawing right now: the Pokémon TCG: Scarlet & Violet—Prismatic Evolutions 2Pk Booster Bundle at $79.94. The page says the drawing ends today at 3:00 PM PDT, which is 6:00 PM ET. We checked it at about 5:30 PM ET on October 26. If you want in, don't wait.
We went through the full pre-drawing breakdown on October 24 in our Prismatic Evolutions booster bundle drawing article. This is the last-call version, with sold prices from today.
What you're entering for
The listing is two Prismatic Evolutions Booster Bundles. Each bundle holds 6 booster packs, so the pair is 12 packs for $79.94, or $39.97 per bundle.
What bundles sold for on eBay today
We looked at eBay sold listings for "prismatic evolutions booster bundle sealed" on October 26. Plain, English, sealed single bundles that sold today landed here:
- $70.00 (Buy It Now)
- $75.00 (best offer accepted, two separate sales)
- $79.99 (Buy It Now)
Delivery on those listings ran about $5 to $7 extra, paid by the buyer. A few other sold results in the same search were different or unusual items, like a combined Prismatic and Ascended Heroes listing and a "heavy" weight-checked bundle, so we left them out. Compare the plain bundle only.
These are recent sales, not a forecast.
Fee math
eBay's Collectible Card Games final value fee is 13.25% up to $7,500, plus $0.40 per order over $10 (see eBay's selling fees page). At a $75 sale with the buyer covering shipping, that's roughly $10.34 in fees, which leaves about $64.66.
Against Walmart's $39.97 per bundle, that's around $25 of room per bundle before your own shipping supplies, postage and sales tax. It's decent, but it's thinner than it looks if you ship at a loss or have to take an offer under $70.
Walmart's rules, straight from the page
- Entry is free and doesn't guarantee a win. Winners are picked at random after the window closes.
- Your entry can't be canceled or changed. Address, payment and quantity are locked once you submit.
- If you win, Walmart places the order for you. You're charged only if it goes through, and you get a confirmation email.
- Cancelling a winning order: Walmart says you may be able to cancel if it hasn't been fulfilled.
- Returns: Walmart says drawing items may not be returnable and are subject to its Return Policy. Plan on keeping what you win.
Flip, hold or pass?
This is analysis, not a promise.
Flip: About $25 of room per bundle after fees is a fair margin for a free entry, as long as you list quickly and price at current sold levels.
Hold: If you'd open or keep sealed Prismatic Evolutions anyway, $39.97 per bundle is a good price.
Pass: If you only flip and can't absorb a possible non-returnable order, skip it. A reprint or big restock could pull the $70 to $80 range down.
