Hot Wheels RLC RWB Porsche 930 orange eBay sold price

We checked completed US eBay sales on October 31, 2026 for the single orange car:

  • Typical range: about $65 to $85, with most between $70 and $80.
  • Low end: around $65 to $66.
  • Early presale highs: a few sold at $84.99 to $115 around October 20 to 25, before cars were in hand.
  • Lots: two-car and four-car UK listings sold for $153 and $334, about $77 to $83 per car before shipping.
  • Our releases page recorded an $86 average across 10 sales as of October 26.

The newest sales run slightly below the earlier presale prices, a sign the first rush has cooled as cars reach buyers.

Is the RLC RWB Porsche 930 sold out?

Yes on Mattel Creations as of October 31. RLC drops sell out fast and restocks are not announced. Check the Mattel Creations page before you buy above retail.

Why this matters for resale

  • Proven casting. RWB Porsches are a popular RLC release.
  • Membership gate. Only RLC members could buy, which limits supply to the club.
  • Spectraflame paint and a metal base. Collectors pay more for these than for mainline cars.
  • Cars are arriving. Many sellers listed "in hand" on October 30 and 31, so supply is growing.

Risks and the case against

  • Ship date risk. Orders ship by November 20. Selling before you hold the car means you carry the delivery risk.
  • Falling prices. Presale listings sold higher than "in hand" ones. If more cars arrive, $65 to $70 is realistic.
  • Fees. At $75, eBay's roughly 13% fee plus a small order fee is about $10, and shipping a boxed car costs a few dollars. See our reseller fees guide.
  • Condition. The acrylic case and slipcover must arrive undamaged to get top price.

The math

At $75 sold: about $10 in fees and about $5 shipping leaves roughly $60, or about $22 profit on a $38 car before tax and any shipping you paid Mattel. At $65 it is about $13. Two cars at the limit is about $26 to $44 of profit depending on the sale price.

Flip, hold or pass

This is analysis, not a promise.

  • Flip: if you already hold a car at $38 and sold prices stay above $70.
  • Hold: if you collect Porsches, RWB builds or RLC pieces. Keep the slipcover intact.
  • Pass: if you would pay more than about $60 now. The margin after fees is thin.
