30th Celebration Ditto & Mew Figure Box: Presale Prices

· 5 min read · By the Friends & Family team

Nobody can buy the 30th Celebration Ditto Premium Collection or the Mew and Mewtwo Figure Collections yet, and presales are already selling at roughly 4 times their reported retail price. Here's what's confirmed, what the eBay sales show, and what's left after fees.

The Pokémon TCG: 30th Celebration Ditto Premium Collection and the 30th Celebration Figure Collection (Mew and Mewtwo versions) come out on November 6, 2026, the same day as the Ultra-Premium Collections. They're the smaller, cheaper boxes in the lineup, and eBay presales for them are far above what they should cost at a store.

Here's what we could confirm, what sold, and how the math works.

What's in each box

According to Pokémon's product pages:

Ditto Premium Collection

  • 1 promo card featuring Ditto
  • 1 acrylic card display
  • 8 30th Celebration booster packs
  • 1 Pokémon TCG Live code card

Figure Collection (Mew or Mewtwo)

  • 1 foil promo card
  • 1 oversize foil card
  • 1 sculpted figure, made by Kaiyodo (Mew sculpted by Taro Murai, Mewtwo by Daichi F Sugimoto)
  • 5 30th Celebration booster packs

Pokémon says both are sold at the Pokémon Center and at retailers that carry Pokémon TCG. Pokémon's pages don't list a price.

What they cost at retail (reported)

Because Pokémon doesn't publish prices, the best numbers we found come from third-party trackers, and they're unconfirmed. Bill's Archive and another retail-focused listing report $39.99 for the Ditto Premium Collection and $29.99 for each Figure Collection. Treat those as reported, not official, until a major retailer's page shows them.

At $39.99 for 8 packs, the Ditto box would work out to about $5 per pack with the promo and display on top.

What they're selling for on eBay

We checked eBay sold listings on October 8, 2026. Every sale is a presale: the seller doesn't have the box yet and promises to ship around November 6. Some were "best offer accepted," so those prices are approximate.

Ditto Premium Collection (single box)

  • $199.69 on September 27 and $215.85 on September 30
  • $159 to $169 on October 2 and 3
  • $179 to $179.88 on October 6 and 7
  • $185.89 on October 8 (best offer accepted, plus shipping)
  • A 6-box case sold for $959.99 on October 2, about $160 a box

Figure Collection (Mew or Mewtwo)

  • $97.99 to $111.21 on September 25
  • $153.18 on September 30
  • $119.99 on October 3, $109 on October 7, and $109.88 (two sales) on October 8
  • Mew + Mewtwo sets of two sold at $204.95 and $218.76 on October 6 and 7

The trend is worth noticing. Ditto has settled in the high $150s to $180s, down from a $200+ high two weeks ago. The Figure Collections have slid from about $153 to about $110. Both are still far over reported retail, but the early-buyer premium is shrinking before the boxes even exist.

The fee math

eBay's final value fee for Collectible Card Games is 13.25% of the sale up to $7,500, plus $0.40 per order over $10. We checked eBay's selling fees page today. Before sales tax, shipping and supplies:

  • Ditto sold at $180: fees of about $24.25 leave $155.75. That's roughly $116 over a $39.99 retail price.
  • Figure Collection sold at $110: fees of about $14.98 leave $95.02, roughly $65 over a $29.99 retail price.
  • Break-even: you'd need to sell the Ditto box for about $47 and a Figure Collection for about $35 to get your retail money back after fees.

If real retail prices turn out to be higher than the reported $39.99 and $29.99, subtract the difference from every number above.

Cancel and return rules

Plan on not being able to return these, wherever you buy:

  • Pokémon Center: its return policy lists Pokémon trading card products as final sale, as we covered in our Delta Reign preorder guide.
  • Target: its returns page says Pokémon cards and trading card accessories are final sale, effective January 30, 2023. Collectibles are listed as final sale only when opened or defective, and the page doesn't give separate terms for these boxes. Because they contain booster packs, we'd assume they fall under the trading card rule.
  • Best Buy: its return policy lists trading cards, including Pokémon cards, as non-returnable.
  • Walmart drawings: Walmart says drawing items "may not be returnable."

That makes cancelling before the order ships your main exit. Don't count on a return if prices fall.

Flip, hold or pass?

This is our analysis, not a promise.

Flip: If you can get either box at reported retail, current presale prices leave a wide margin even if they fall by half. A Ditto box at $90 still clears $39.99 after fees. The risk is timing: lots of stock hits shelves and eBay on November 6, and presale premiums usually soften once real boxes ship. Selling into a presale and then having to deliver on release day is its own risk.

Hold: The Figure Collections are the more collectible of the two. They include a sculpted figure, an oversize card and a promo, and the 30th Celebration is an anniversary set, so some people will want these sealed. We have no sales history for similar figure boxes to prove that, so treat it as a guess.

Pass: Don't pay presale prices to a stranger for a box that doesn't exist yet if you can wait. If you're buying a Ditto box above $100, you're counting on the market staying inflated well past November 6, and nothing we've seen supports that.
